Policy Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to establish procedures for providing compensatory leave for employees subject to and exempt from the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). This policy also establishes procedures for employees who work for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) emergency hotline [see item 6 under FLSA Exempt Employee Provisions].
