Policy Purpose
The purpose of this directive is to delegate, clarify and specifically confirm certain
authorities of the Secretary of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human
Services (DHHS) to the Director of the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Office.
This position reports to the Secretary through the Director of the Office of General
Counsel.
